Terms and Conditions
Rooms are available from 16:00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure. If you would like an earlier check in time please contact us before arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Deposit
Deposits are £50 per room for stays of less than three nights ; £100 for stays of three night or more ; £150 for stays of one week or more.Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance,and confirmed in writing.
If less than 7 days notice is given we will endeavour to relet your room.
If we fail to relet your accomodation you are liable to costs at the rate of 80% of your room rate per night less you booking deposit.
With your reservation you make a binding contract with the hotel.
To protect your interest, should circumstances change,we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.
