Rubina is a young talented chef from Portugal with 5 years experience working in Bournemouths top 4 star hotels.

Her cooking reflects her European roots with grilled fish & meat dishes featuring beside pastas & traditional English favourites.

Our menu will now also include' homecut chips' a first for Avalon Beach but we have listened to your yearnings & a chip pan now resides in our kitchen.
