Directions from Bournemouth Airport
- Leave airport turn left at t-junction towards Bournemouth and Christchurch (A338).
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit.
- Straight across the 1st set of traffic lights, shortly afterwards turn left at 2nd set of traffic lights towards Bournemouth (A338).
- Take the 1st exit signposted Hospital and Christchurch onto the A3060.
- This is the Cooper Dean Roundabout.
Directions from London
- Take the M3 South to the M27 Bournemouth and The West.
- M27 leads onto the A31
- At Ringwood turn left onto the A338 signposted Bournemouth.
- Take the 2nd exit off A338 signposted Bournemouth Hospital and Christchurch.
- This is the Cooper Dean Roundabout.
From the Cooper Dean Roundabout
- Take the 1st left, direction of the Hospital and Christchurch onto the A3060.
- Continue through 2 sets of traffic lights until you reach the roundabout (approx. 1 mile), take the 3rd exit towards Southbourne.
- At the traffic lights turn left into Seabourne Road, signposted Southbourne (B3059).
- Grand Avenue is 1/2 mile further on the right hand side, just before the 2nd pedestrian crossing at Barclays Bank.
